Class 3 Home learning 27th April

    Hello everyone,

We hope you have been enjoying the sunshine and that you and your families are safe and well.

Below is the home learning for Week 2. There is an overview of the week (read this first!) along with Maths, English, Science and Geography. Complete the Geography before day 2 of the English as the Geography provides a context for the English learning this week.

In addition, all children in Class 3 have been set up on 'Sumdog.' This app can be downloaded onto a tablet or smartphone and we will add spelling lists and a Maths challenge every week (linked to the week's learning). Spellings and Maths are presented as games which children have enjoyed using in school in the past. All children will need a user name and password so please email Mrs Tommy at the address below for your child's log in.

    Contact Mrs Tommy at: class3@hadnall.shropshire.sch.uk

Also if you have any completed work which you would like to show us, then please do so on the above email address. As you know there are so many interesting online lessons at the moment: Joe Wicks teaching PE, Oti Mabuse teaching dance, David Walliams reading stories. Let us know if you have tried anything different and if you have enjoyed it.

There are lots of attachments which we have included, many of them are there purely as a guide or support, only print them if you want or need to. The spelling resources in particular can be used to support or you can choose your own way of learning the spelling patterns e.g. outside with chalk, painting etc.

    Happy learning!

    Mrs Tommy and Mrs Mills
