Collective Worship

At Hadnall Church of England Primary School, we have daily worship taking place after lunch, where the whole school gathers together to develop understanding of the Christian faith and enhance spiritual development, During this time, we light the candles, say our welcome words, 'We have gathered together to worship God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit to think about our value...'. Each term we focus on a new value, using our long term plan (see below). 

Each week, on a Wednesday, Vicar Paul visits to lead worship. He then works alongside the worship group to plan and practise a half termly worship led by the children. 

Our daily worship incorporates prayer, reflection and song and is invitational, fostering and valuing a sense of community and shared values.
